Leuven, 15.12.2020 – TOMRA Food has launched its Arabic language website, providing a dynamic online platform for its Arabic-speaking customers.
The new responsive website, https://www.tomra.com/ar-eg/sorting/food, offers visitors insights into TOMRA’s product innovations, latest news and event updates for audiences across the Middle East.
Users can also download Arabic-language product brochures and watch the machines in action on the video channel.
Thomas Molnar, Vice President, Head of Global Sales at TOMRA Food Sorting, says: “We are delighted to launch the Arabic-language version of the TOMRA website to support our increasing client base in the Arabic world. The demand for sorting and peeling machines in the region is growing fast, and companies planning to mechanize their operations can now navigate our website with ease to find the information they need and enjoy dedicated care by our Arabic support team.”
Dimitrie Knopfmacher, Regional Sales Manager at TOMRA Food, adds: “The Arabic food industry is for TOMRA Food a vital market. Every year, we attend Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai to meet our partners and introduce new sorting technologies. During the last decade, TOMRA Food has started partnerships in the Gulf Region on different applications, including French Fries, chips, nuts, vegetables, and dried fruits. We are confident that, with the increasing demand for local food production of high quality standards, we will be able to help local producers with our sorting and peeling solutions and our installed base will grow in the coming years. The travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic have highlighted the vital importance of providing local service so that food production can continue without disruption. For this reason, TOMRA has started delivering online sessions to train our partners’ local field service engineers. This will enable us to ensure fast reaction times when needed. TOMRA Food will continue to invest in technology, and the Arabic website will be a perfect guide for interested producers and, of course, a point of contact with our Arabic-speaking partners in the area.”
