Combining HYDAC’s load sense pumps with load sense control valves improves the efficiency of a hydraulic system with less heat generated and better operator control. Fuel efficiency can be improved by as much as 30%.
Manifold and cartridge valve technology reduces weight, space, and leaks. HYDAC has standard products for the Agricultural market. We can design and manufacture custom solutions for rotary and linear control.
Air in the hydraulic oil causes noise, heat, un- stable control, and damage to equipment. Maximum air separation in a hydraulic system can only be achieved with a combination of an optimized filter and tank. Accordingly, our Return Line Filters for optimised air separation provide the best possible foundation for protecting the hydraulic system from excess air in the oil, including the problems this causes.
